Day 9: This feels great!

I used to think I had energy but I never managed to keep up in the way I’m managing to keep up – after just 9 days alcohol free.

I managed to write, meditate, exercise, record two podcast episodes, do a training course, read a chapter of a book and write this – admittedly short – blog.

If Big Happy Life is all about creating flow in the direction of your goals, I can safely say that removing alcohol increases the speed of flow and ease of accomplishment.

So far, I’m loving this no alcohol lark. I’m sure there will be lows but for now, I’ll ride the high and enjoy it.
